ProgressBar color

    Question

  • Can I somehow change the color of a ProgressBar in my WinJS Windows Store application? I know, that in XAML I would have to override the predefinied  color in default styles. What shall I do to achieve this in HTML/JS?

    Thanks a lot for your help!

    Best regards.

  • As far as i can recall, you just set the color for it in css like so:

    <style>
     progress.pink {
        color: pink;
     }
    </style>

    <progress class="win-large pink"></progress>

  • Believe me, this is the first thing I have tried :), but for me it doesn't work. Do you have any other idea? Should the code you wrote work or it's me doing something wrong?

  • I just created a new blank app and pasted Andy's code. It works perfect. I see pink dots in my progress bar.
