Not seeing error reports for my mappings RRS feed

  • My company Guidance Software Inc. recently signed up with WER to get reporting. I went through a bunch of our versions and uploaded the xml mappings for each one. I've crashed our app in our product EnCase 6.6.0.35 at least 30 times and sent the report (in XP), however, I still haven't seen anything in the rollups or graphs. Am I doing something wrong?

    Our data is only up-to-date as of the 14th of August so far, we are deploying fixes to reduce data latency, I will look into your mappings and see if I can check our main data wharehouse for the crash signatures.  Once we deploy the latency fix during the first week of September we anticipate being about 72 hours or less behind.
