  • You can host WF in ASP.Net using the WorkflowServiceHost class. Look at the PurchaseProcess SDK sample for an example of how to host a workflow in IIS:

    http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd807514.aspx

Using page navigation to create workflow events was recommended under WF 3.5, but under the new object model, you'll want to use the workflow service host instead, since the WorkflowApplication class doesn't allow you to spawn workflows on the same thread, which is required under ASP.

  • If you still want to import a workflow application into Windows Server AppFabric using the Web Deploy tool, check out the following link: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee677360.aspx.

  • In some blog, I came to know:

"We can only host WF services in AppFabric". I have a question here! Can we also host (WF with ASP.NET as host application)?
