Disable tabbing throgh applications with pointer

    Question

  • Is there a way to disable tabbing through applications with moving and pulling back mouse pointer? Why I'm asking this? Becouse in Starcraft 2, and this problem definately occurs in other RTS, RPG games, where you play with mouse pointer and use it to scroll through screen, when you wish to scroll on left pointer turns on Windows pointer that enables you to tab through apps. And you are unable to scroll left in game.

Did Microsoft provide possiblity for developers to disable this future if he interfere with their applicaton usability? Is there a way for a user to disable it manualy, in registry? Becouse moste developers(if any) would not bother fix this in their games till Windows 8 is finally released.
