CSS, JS and Images taking long time to load page

Hi All,

Files are in KB only, I didn't know why its taking more time to load the my page.

I am seeing some of the images taking 7 or 8 seconds. css taking 13 sec ..

Please suggest me why its taking this much.. such a small file.

just use the browsers performance tools, to see if its download time, or parse time or display time.
