Can't get my developer license (0xC002001B) RRS feed

  • Question

  • I want to test our product on a virtual machine (Hyper-V). We provide our users with some code. I want to check it. But when I open it, VS2013 demand to get a developer license. I enter my credentioals, but get a error:

"We couldn't get your developer license for Windows 8.1 Error 0xC002001B"

    What does it mean?

  • It means "Remote Procedure Call failed".  Is the VM  connected to the internet?

NOTE: If I ask for code, please provide something that I can drop directly into a project and run (including XAML), or an actual application project. I'm trying to help a lot of people, so I don't have time to figure out weird snippets with undefined objects and unknown namespaces.
