You are aware of the fact that Microsoft is now providing Team Foundation Express for free? For a small team of developers, I have found this to be an excellent choice:

Hi ramll,
The Tortoise SVN is the 3rd plug-in that is not supported here.
As bbcompent1 said you could use the Team Foundation Server.
Thanks
Best Regards

The other option is to use AnkhSVN and SubVersionEdge from Collabnet.
SubVersion Edge: http://www.collab.net/servlets/OCNDirector?id=CSVNEDGE4.0.5WIN32
AnkhSVN: https://ankhsvn.open.collab.net/
