  • Which error do you get?

Do you use a local or online account (LiveID)?

  • Hello romayegorov,

Since you experienced a power outage, you may have somthing corrupted in your Windows Developer Preview operating sytem.
I suggest you see if a repair of your system will help.

Try following these steps to perform an automatic repair if you can’t boot. However, it will also ask for a administrator account and password which may not be accepted.

    Restart your computer
    Repeatedly tapF8 on your keyboard
When the "Choose an option" screen appears, click Troubleshoot
    Click Advanced options
    Click Automatic repair
    Select an administrator account
Enter the password for that account
Once it has finished and restarted, click Continue to load Windows Developer Preview.
    Then restart your computer.

You may have to do a clean install of Windows Developer Preview.
