  • Hi,

I try to open my MySQL database in Workbench, I could find my users data in table "wp_users".

It seems that you have some issues with your WordPress site, do you backup your site before? If you lose your users data, I would suggest you contact with azure support to see if that helps.

  • The deployment credentials for your Azure WebApps is not the same as Admin for Wordpress. Deployment credentials is used for deployment and diagnostics in general.   It is unrelated to the actual application deployed to Azure WebApps.

  • Hi,

Based on your description, you can access the wp-admin, however failed to login in? Maybe reset your wordpress password is a choice to let you login in again, hope the following articles could help you: #Wordpress with SQL Server database: http://www.sharepointevolved.com/2015/03/05/manually-reset-your-wordpress-password-on-an-azure-website-with-azure-sql-databases/

  • Hi Forums team,

Customer has replied to @AzureSupport and confirmed the following "I find the error, Wordpress lost the user tablet on PHP, anyone can help me to set a user tablet again?"

Is this something that you can advise on.

    Thanks,

    Francis
