  • Hi mpng2008,

    Welcome to the MSDN forum.

We cannot downgrade the visual studio 2017 enterprise to 2017 professional .However, for Visual Studio 2017 version, enterprise, professional and community can work side by side on the same computer.

You can directly download the VS 2017 professional to install without uninstalling the installed enterprise version.

If you have any other issues, please feel free to let us know.

    Best Regards,

    Sara

  • You need to install vs 2017 pro if you need pro.  Uninstalling VS 2017 enterprise is optional
