  • General discussion

  • Hello,

I have a C# application that uses functions of .NET DLL. But, this .NET DLL uses functions of a C DLL (and others). I Would like merging the .NET DLL and C DLL. And this way I wil call only one DLL in my C# application. I try to use the ILMERGE, but it only merge .NET DLL.
    Someone could help me?

  • I don't think that's possible. The only compiler capable of producing mixed managed and native code modules in the C++ one, and for that you need the native functionality in a linkable .LIB file, not a separate DLL.

What do you hope to gain by merging the two libraries?
