PDF Converter for .Net RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

We are building a Contract Mgmt application in .net 3.5. As part of the project we need a PDF converter for .Net framework that will convert the contracts into a PDF document once it is filled and saved. We are looking for suggestion on .Net based PDF Converter plugins that is robust, easy to integrate and cost effective. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

    thanks in advance,

    AJ

  • Hi,

Please refer this thread. Hope this helps.

I have used ActivePDF WebGrabber and recently Winnovative HTML to PDF Converter Library for some of my applications.

The free pfd conversion available were not supporting all the needed features like support for all the HTML tags and CSS, including page breaks control with CSS styles. If you want the best freely available one, if your requirement is to simply converting HTML without any images, then I suggest its ITextSharp. Its very good and free.

If you want to convert Word Documents to PDF files, then use this.
