Remote desktop connection is problem is while connectiong in azure web role?

Question

One of my deployment had processing.

While am click the Web role then its enable the Remote access Connect. But after connect its download and shown the following error message.

Solution to the error message.How to solve this. If am applying caching the Web role is not deploying via management portal or visual studio. If am not applying caching the Web role is deployed and worked successfully. If i wants to check the event logs of the Remote machine why the Webrole is not working for Caching.But i cant view the Remote desktop also. Give the appropriate solution for this. Its emergency...
