Subscription Status: Other - no access to MSDN! RRS feed

  • Question

  • Today I only get the following Status on my BizSpark account on MSDN: Subscription Status: Other

I have lost access to my keys and can not download anything from MSDN. This is my BizSpark admin account. On the other accounts (BizSpark members) it's says: Your default subscription is expired. For more information, click here .

Why do I get this message, and why have I not got any mail etc? All my company info is updated and is 100% legit. I have tried sending a mail to Bizspark@microsoft.com but I have not got any reply.

Anybody else that has the same problem, and anybody from Microsoft, can you fix the problem, or give me an ETA on the fix?

  • I forgot that I had this thread. The BizSpark team did an excellent job with some help from a MS person and my local BizSpark champ. So my account was online within days after posting this thread.

I understand that they have closed a huge number of BizSpark accounts with false or wrong info, and/or has generated many keys to Windows and Office.

My account had a www. before my website address, that was wrong, since my website has no www. and I had created a "large" number of keys. Just because I'm using the .xml function.

The good thing is that when your account has the status of Other, they want to speak with you, and your account is not closed for ever. Contact BizSpark and ask why your account is "closed". And provide them with the info they need, and your account will be open again. If you have a legit company of course.
