  • Is there a way to do a plain-jane diffie-hellman key exchange?

I have a protocol that interoperates with several other implementations across several platforms where I need to be able to do a diffiehellman key exchange and retrieve the raw secret.

I looked at the KeyDerivationAlgorithmProviders() and didn't see anything that looked likely.  Is this possible to do?

(I currently use third-party crypto libraries, but was hoping I wouldn't need to for WinRT.)

  • Hi Joseph,

We currently don't support Diffie-Hellman key in WinRT APIs. It would be helpful for me to understand the crypto scenario you want to accomplish using Diffie-Hellman keys.
