my friend doesnt have access to the asp.net website via remote connection but i am able to use it in my pc so what could be the reason.Inre  my pc all the web pages are working fine but whenever he used it via remote connection and typing localhost in browser it says website found waiting for reply but it doesnt redirect to authentication page i.e our first page . i have unblock the http port 80 still its not working what could be the issue

Hello,

If he tries to open the site remotely he should use the site IP address, not the localhost (127.0.0.1).

hi thanks for the reply . what does you meant by site IP address we have not published the web site till now it is in process and my friends want to check the webpages and need to debug it
