I have used web parts in my application which is in .net framework 4.0 with vs 2010. Web part's drag and drop functionlity is working in IE Only but not in firefox and other browser.
I’m very disappointed that Microsoft has chosen not to support Firefox with their web-part technology. I downloaded the VS Beta 2010 and was surprised to find that the behavior is exactly the same. The verb menu is in the title bar and no drag-n-drop.
