VBA macro to change how Memo Style prints RRS feed

  • Question

  • We often have a need to print emails from imported PST files and "hide" the name that prints on the top of each email.  We have been able to accomplish this by changing the TITLE font in the MEMO STYLE to 1 point.  Of course, when printing regular emails, the user has to remember to change back.  Since this command is deeply embedded in multiple steps, we'd like to create a macro that toggled the MEMO STYLE font back and forth.  I do not know how to access these commands using VBA.  Anyone know how?

    Thanks.

  • The Outlook object model doesn't provide anything for that.

The PrintOut method is the only Outlook method that can be used for printing. Prints the Outlook item using all default settings. However, you may try to use virtual printers and customize the data after.

P.S. You may find the Control How Messages are Printed page helpful.
