  • Look at the URL under the "question" link.  It's yet another spam, rating, (or other nefarious) method commonly used today.  Goes right over the heads of most.  It's been here a month... so far.  The spam above it was spam done wrong for 2010, since it's already gone.  This one, let's see how long IT lasts.
