Creating a quality assurance feeback form - Infopath 2013


  • Hi everybody,

    I'm having a small trouble while designing a quality assurance form, sent to service desk agents with the results of the feedback.

    Here, I explain my idea:

    - I have the form made, linked to a sharepoint list, with a rule that send an email to the agent and the form submitted in the list.

    - What I want is to add a hyperlink in the email that agent receives to CONFIRM/ACCEPT the feedback.

    - So, what can I do? Is it possible, with this link, to redirect to sharepoint, mark the form as ACCEPTED and re-submit with no other possibilities to re-edit again?

    I hope you can help me because I'm a bit lost at this point.

  • Hi Brian.

    If i'm understanding your question.  You want the email that goes to the agent to include a link to the form in the library as well as a some type of approval task completion options?

    My recommendation is to move all of that out of the form and into a workflow that fires when the form is submitted to the library.  The workflow can send emails,  create an approval task assigned to the agent, ...

    Hope this gives you some ideas.
