App_Themes configuration and download free themes

I would like to know if there is a site where they explain well how to activate themes of the type app_Themes on asp.net and also where you can download themes. I've been researching for a while and for one reason or another I haven't succeeded.

Themes and CssThemes can be used for customization in ASP.Net Web form application, you can use your own theme which define skins of controls and you can apply that theme on application. I think you have to define the theme by yourself.

Hi zequion,

It seems that there not such a web sites which could download the app theme. As Khuram says you could define the theme by yourself.

Besides, we use the bootstrap  css to build the web application now.

Bootstrap is the most popular framework for developing responsive, mobile-first projects on the web.  And there are a lot of available website themes in it.
