Problems with Tech-Ed 2007 DVDs RRS feed

  • Question

  • I don't know where else to ask about this, so here goes ...

I just began watching some of the videocasts on the Tech-Ed 2007 DVDs and found that about half the wmv video files only contain audio.  Since a presentation consists of between 4 and 12 wmv files, only about half of each presentation shows live video.  The rest of the time, the audio is running, but the video is not changing.  The presenter is clearly showing active content by the fact that they are saying things like "notice that we can drag and drop this content onto ...".

Has anybody else noticed this?  Has anybody tried to watch their DVDs?

I checked this out on about 20 random presentations on discs 1, 2 and 3.  This is extremely disappointing!

  • Strange, this is the first report of this that I've received.  Can you send me an email with your full name and address and I'll make sure that you are sent a new set of DVD's.  I'm hoping the issue is with the set of DVD's that you recieved.
