scroll one direction at a time

Question

Hello,

I have a scrollviewer which enables scrolling on both horizontal and vertical directions. Then I can move the content diagonally.

Is there a way to allow scrolling only on one direction at a time?

My content is both tall and wide, so scrolling in both direction is needed.

Is there any workaround to achieve the one-direction scrolling at a time?
