How do I change 'Not yet classified' to 'Permitted' on Windows Defender. RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm a application programmer and using Vista 32.

These days I was mading a program which communicates with a driver and should be started at Log on but Windows Defender blocked my program.

To solve this problem, first I made its manifest : <requestedExecutionLevel level="requireAdministrator" uiAccess="false" /> But it doesn't work. Windows Defender still blocked my program start up.

Second I digitally signed my program by using Verisign authentication. I signed my program (a.exe) and registered my certificate on 'Trusted Root Certification Authorities' and 'Enterprise Trust' using ###.spc

But... Windows Defender still blocked my program to be started at Log on..

Please help me.. How can I make my program to be started up at Log on?

additional) Seeing Windows Defender, the classification of my program is 'Not yet classified'. but I clearly used '###.spc' and can find my publisher name on Trusted Root Certification Authorities in 'Certmgr'.. Why is it still 'Not yet classified'...?? Please help me..~~~
