Not getting get_ExportOptionsEx()

Hi 

 When I am trying to get a crystal report I am getting the following error.

Method not found: 'CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.DataDefModel.PropertyBag CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.ReportDefModel.ISCRExportOptions.Not getting 

get_ExportOptionsEx()

But I am getting the error only in the live server. Not in dev server or in the local server. Please suggest me.

As for this issue, I suggest check the Visual Studio in the live server and make sure you have install Crystal Reports for the Visual Studio.

Here is a threads with the same problem, you could refer to the solution which contains in this thread:

How did you install Crystal Reports for Visual Studio? did you use the installer for VS or did you simply run the MSI in the redist package?

Use this for integrating into VS: 

http://downloads.businessobjects.com/akdlm/cr4vs2010/CRforVS_13_0_10.exe 

And then check your references, make sure they are Version 13.x.x.x
