Content is missing in lightweight view RRS feed

  • Question

  • hi,

i had a view at a couple of pages in the msdn library and realized that some content is missing in lightweight view.

for example the start page of the msdn library http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/default.aspx contains much more text as seen in Classic and in ScriptFree view.

this stuff is missing in lightweight view:

What's New in WPF Version 4
See what's new in WPF 4 that ships with Visual Studio 2010 and the .NET Framework 4.
Customizing the Development Environment (Visual Studio 2010)
Learn how to change the appearance and behavior of the Visual Studio 2010 integrated development environment (IDE).
What's New in Visual Studio 2010
Learn about the new features and enhancements in Visual Studio 2010.
    Collecting IntelliTrace Information
You can switch from a live debugging session to debugging with IntelliTrace and "time travel" through your code.
    Administering Team Foundation
Learn the right way to install, configure, and maintain Team Foundation Server, including how to back up and restore your deployment, add servers, and administer permissions and security.

hope you guys can fix this soon.

    thanks, tob

  • Hi Tob -

Thanks very much for posting!  We noted recently that it had actually been removed from all three library views.  It should be back now on Classic and ScriptFree, and we're working on adding it to the Lightweight view.
