Unable to update package flight with new package RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm attempting to update a package flight and not having any luck. When I click on the Packages link to update the package flight I'm greeted with a rather sparse page that is completely non-functional. There is no button to allow me to browse for a package and the feature to drag and drop a file to the page is not working at all. I've tried uploading the package with both Chrome and Edge browsers, always with the same failure.

  • Hi,

When I tried to create a new package flight in Partner Center, I saw this page works correctly.  It's really strange that even browse your files and save button is unable to work. Could you please tell me the details steps about how you get to this page? And also, do you see any warning or error message appear in this page?

    Best regard,

    Roy

  • This morning I went back to the Dashboard and was able to upload the package.

Previously I was getting a message about the site not being able to display information about the existing package. Today that message was not there and I was seeing detailed package information. I also sent feedback directly on the Dashboard site about the problem. Maybe it was fixed in the meantime.
