Unable to run app -The repository package damaged

Question

Hi Guys
Is a week that I try to solve this problem, but I can not.
When I create any project with Visual Studio 2013, and will launch it, I get the following error.
"Error 1 Error: DEP0600: During deployment occurred the following unexpected error:
Package repository damaged. "
How do I solve it?
I already tried to uninstall and install , but I always get the same error.
Please help me- Edited by Maverick812 Wednesday, April 16, 2014 9:23 AM

It might be best to go to a restore point on your OS.

NOTE: If I ask for code, please provide something that I can drop directly into a project and run (including XAML), or an actual application project. I'm trying to help a lot of people, so I don't have time to figure out weird snippets with undefined objects and unknown namespaces.- Marked as answer by James Dailey - MSFTMicrosoft employee, Moderator Wednesday, April 16, 2014 11:28 PM

Hello,
A "package repository damaged" error is usually unrecoverable. We have seen this error when the repository database is located on a bad disk sector. I would recommend that you check your event log. The error should be reported in the event log and should contain additional data about why the repository was not accessible.
I hope this helps,
James
