Any option to completely shutdown windows 8 dev. preview

usually on windows 7 after installing any s/w if restart is required. i will do my work as usually and shutdown it, so the next time i start my system it is considered as a restart.. do this work on windows dev. preview as restart and shutdown are different,
do we have any option or command to completely shutdown without restarting

this is normal shutdown process used in windows developer preview which is called hybrid boot and this does not closes the system completely..
i like hybrid boot very much.... but i need a technique to shutdown the operating system completely without using restart
What does the /FULL parameter do then?---

Take a look at the following BLOG post. I normally use Option #2, shutting it down from the Power icon in the Settings menu.

Open a cmd window and enter: shutdown.exe /?---

You can disable Hybrid boot from the Power Options settings in Control Panel. Disabling it will prevent the system from saving the temporary settings that make startup faster.
