Word Completion in Windows Mobile 6.5 RRS feed

  • Question

  • I upgraded mobile phones from HTC Touch (WM 6) to HTC Touch2 (WM 6.5). Word completion does not work now, even though it can be set in the Settings. How can this be corrected?

    Thanks.

  • Word completion can be disabled for certain SIPs and application windows, dependless of what is set in settings.

If You think You know better then me, why is Your code not working, then don't waste my time at this forum. Otherwise - do as I'm suggesting.

I'm on MSDN just like MD House in the clinic. But I'm also a human which sometimes needs to see another doctor :)

  • It is likely that you just need to do a simple registry edit to enable word completion. I found info on enabling it on my TP2 at XDA developers. You'll need a registry editor like SK Tools. There's probably a free one at pocketpcfreeware.net. Hope this helps.
