Is there a web-based report designer?

Question

I have lots of external customers who want to quickly tweak their reports (add/remove/rearrange columns). It's not practical for them to run Report Designer. Is there a web-based report designer tool that allows customers to change their report format? Perhaps a 3rd party component?

there exists no tool about reporting service to modify it from web .

but if you want you could write a specific tool for yourself .

you could change your data source of ssrs report dynamically by using C#

The closest you will get to this with out of the box SSRS will be report models.  The users can build reports in report builder and save them to designated folders.

Report builder is one such options that allows your end users to build/create the reports based on the report model you expose to them. But again, its not possible to get the complete feature of report designer in the report builder!
