Unable to add web reference - Access Denied RRS feed

    Hi.


    I have changed my operating system from Wins XP to Wins Vista Business.

    Everything runs smoothly in Wins XP; including the adding of web references.


    However, after I changed my OS. I could not update my Web References. It prompted me error msg like failed to add web reference. access denied.


    Please advise.
