  • How can I send and receive frame to other PC in Visual C++ console application ?

    what do you mean by "frame"?

    For Ethernet communication, you should use sockets.

    You should be able to find https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/desktop/WinSock/finished-server-and-client-code by yourself.

  • You need to understand your problem better, so you can ask for reasonable help.

    As Guido said, if you want to communicate with an app on another computer, you would use TCP/IP sockets.  That's how email and web browsers work.  There are thousands and thousands of web sites that show how to do socket I/O on Windows.

    What, exactly, are you trying to do?  "send and receive frame" is just one path.  What is the larger task you are trying to achieve?
