Unable to install Xamarin.iOS SDK on Yosemite RRS feed

I could not use the universal installer, because it had errors. I viewed the thread here: https://forums.xamarin.com/discussion/36648/unable-to-install-on-mac-running-os-x-yosemite-10-10-3#latest

And managed to download the entire 5.8.1 dmg package, and was able to install with it.

However, the iOS SDK is not part of it. I tried to find those separate SDK's and could not find any downloads for them. The only solution seems to be to use the universal installer.

When I try to use it, I get an error report that says "No errors to report." The install log has these last lines:

[2015-04-04 18:02:42.343] [Info] Xamarin.iOS needs to be installed. [2015-04-04 18:02:42.343] [Info] Status: successful [2015-04-04 18:02:42.343] [Info] Software item 'Xamarin.iOS': not up to date [2015-04-04 18:02:42.343] [Info] Component 'Xamarin.iOS' v. 8.8.2 absent [2015-04-04 18:02:42.343] [Debug] Detecting software item 'Xamarin.Mac' [2015-04-04 18:02:42.343] [Info] Status: successful [2015-04-04 18:02:42.343] [Info] Component 'Xamarin.Mac' v. 0.0.0 present [2015-04-04 18:02:42.344] [Info] Software item 'Xamarin.Mac': up to date [2015-04-04 18:02:42.344] [Info] Detection complete [2015-04-04 18:02:42.344] [Info] Initial task completed successfully [2015-04-04 18:02:42.344] [Debug] Detection complete on the introduction page, determining the next step.

How can I get the iOS (and Android) SDK's for Mac?

I'm moving your post to the iOS forum, as it appears to belong there better.
