Custom permission for a work item type RRS feed

    Hello.

    I have a doubt on customizing work item type's permission. I would like to know if it is possible and the way it could have it done.

    I found this link (https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms404857(v=vs.120).aspx#restrict) to restrict access to a work item but it only gives values to the field.

    Hi Ivo,

    Thank you for posting here.

    It doesn't support to set permission for one specific workitem. If you don't want others to see/edit some workitems, you need to make those workitems into one Area. For this Area, you could set if people can edit/view workitems in this node.
