Where's Microsoft.WindowsAzure.StorageClient? RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm trying to follow the example for Azure Batch here:
    http://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/articles/batch-dotnet-get-started/

I cannot locate the Microsoft.WindowsAzure.StorageClient nuget package or dll. Any suggestions?

    Thanks, Sam

  • Found it! It's in Azure SDK. I installed it and it was there!

  • My research shows this is in Microsoft.WindowsAzure.Storage package which I've already installed.

However, in the tutorial code, there's CloudBlob object. Where do I find CloudBlob?

    Thanks, Sam

  • I have rewriten the code samples to use Microsoft.WindowsAzure.Storage (not storageClient) and CloudBlockBlob (not CloudBlob).
I will not send my fixes as a pull request until I can successfully finish the 1st tutorial.
