Hyperlinks with Chinese characters cannot be converted by ExportAsFixedFormat in Office 2007 RRS feed

  • Question

  • I tried with the same computer configuration, Office 2013 worked, but Office 2007 not. Is it a bug of the SaveAsPDFandXPS add-in for Office 2007? Thanks.

Here is the screen snapshot of the corrupted hyperlinks

Could you provide more detailed information and samples (codes, screen shots)? That will help us reproduce and solve your issue.

  • Thanks for your reply David. With my office 2007, It fails even if i convert it manually thru the "save as > " menu.

So sorry that i cannot submit my screen shots (my account is not verified)

    To edit hyperlink

    Text to display: "アクセス[o]as`@w^会議資料のアクセス[o]as`@w^会議資料[o]as`@w^会議資料のアクセス.doc"

    Look in Current Folder

    Address is "folder/アクセス%5bo%5das%60@w%5e会議資料のアクセス%5bo%5das%60@w%5e会議資料%5bo%5das%60@w%5e会議資料のアクセス.doc"

    Could you try it again.

I have tried to use SaveAsPDFandXPS add-in to convert word document with hyperlinks with you providing Text and Address to PDF in office 2007 again, but I couldn't reproduce your issue.
