Print not working from my webapp RRS feed

    Any idea what can cause printing not to work from a web application?

    The customer can get to the print preview, but the job is not added to the queue.

    When he tries to print office documents from this specific computer it works great.

    When he tries to print from other computers, it also works great.

    Does it sound like a problem with the app? missing printer driver maybe?

    This is my code:

    function PrintPanel()
            {
                var panel = document.getElementById("MainForm");
                //alert(panel);
                var printWindow = window.open('''''height=400,width=800');
                printWindow.document.write('<html><head>');
                printWindow.document.write('</head><body >');
                printWindow.document.write(panel.innerHTML);
                printWindow.document.write('</body></html>');
                printWindow.document.close();
                setTimeout(function () {
                    printWindow.print();
                }, 500);
                return false;
            }

    Hi qsoft_developer ,

    Do you see the Print Dialog Box, which lets the user to select preferred printing options after `printWindow.print()` function ?

    And try to use F12 browser's develop tools and check whether any error occurs on the page .

    Best Regards,

    The customer says he can see the printing dialog box.

    I need to check regarding the JS errors. I'll guide him remotely how to look for page errors.

    If there are no JS errors, is it right to say that there is probably nothing wrong with the app? and more likely something wrong with the printing settings/ driver?

    Hi qsoft_developer ,

    Does other users work with your application , you might also suggest the specific user check printing settings/ driver .
