How do I "Deploy" or install my Workflow Solution RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

I have a VS2010 Solution that includes two Window service hosted workflows. My solution uses WCF and MSMQ messages from the first service to pass messages to the second service. I have created setup program before for .NET Windows forms applications - can I do the same for my service-hosted workflows? What about creating the message queue, and the sql database?

I've read a little about AppFabric; is this a better route to go?

    Thanks!

Yes, Appfabric will simplify workflow server host management. Simply put. To deploy a workflow service: first, configure persistence and tracking for Appfabric. then, copy the whole workflow service project files to IIS virtual directory.

For more info about import and export applications in Appfabric, see also
