Hello Rithu,
Please check if you are using a custom master page. Can you check if after reverting to default.master the issue goes away, unless the default.master itself has been customized . Also please paste the detailed error message and if possible a printscreen of the error . If you have customized the master page do let us know if the page has been customized using Sharepoint designer or Visual Studio.
Also below are some references for customizing the ribbion

Thanks ,

ribbion ??
Do you have a reference to this JS in your master page?
Looks like a typo (it should be "sp.ui.pub.ribbon.js").

Has any of the information above helped, Rithu? If not, please feel free to give us the context of your error message:
Invalid Character
sp.ui.pub.ribbion.js
code:0
and if there is any further text where you see this error (presumably in your browser window). For instance, were any new pages, page layouts, or masterpages created, or were existing elements of that kind changed before the error appeared? Generally speaking, you can give any extra information as it occurs to you, such as the type of browser that you're using; this will be likely be resolved when you're able to backtrack and correct the typo. With hope finding the file/location won't prove difficult.
If you need anything more, let us know!
Thanks,
