  • There are many ways to handle errors.  In some cases, you may just want to log the error and toss it.  In other cases you may want to retry the message.  For receive pipeline processing, you may want to treat the interchange atomically and fail the entire interchange, in others, you may want to process the valid messages and log the invalid messages.

Can you provide some information on what you would like to do when you encounter different types of error conditions?  This will allow more focus on satisfying your requirements.

  • Hi

You can handle EDI errors in many ways.

1.In case of Orchestration you can write the error in BizTalk MMC using an Expression shape.

2.In case of error in EDI File you can see this link http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa578516.aspx.
