    I can not create user in order to login TimeTracker. I always get the message: Password length minimum: 7. Non-alphanumeric characters required: 1. I typed 8 numeric digit and still I am getting the error message. What is the problem? Do I have to change something?

    You need at least one non-alphanumeric character: !, $, %, @ will do the trick. You can disable this constraint in the web.config file using minRequiredNonalphanumericCharacters="0" in the membership providers section of the web.config file.

    Hi,

    I've just downloaded Time Tracker and started to play with it and I cannot find the membership section in either of the two web.config files in my solution.

    Am I doing something wrong or has MS changed the design?

    thx

    Graham

    You have to set in web.config

    minRequiredPasswordLength="value" minRequiredNonalphanumericCharacters="value"

    You have to define it as

    membership defaultProvider="SqlProvider">
       <providers>
        <add name="SqlProvider" type="System.Web.Security.SqlMembershipProvider" connectionStringName="LocalSQLServer" />
       </providers>
