  • Brajesh,

use database attach process to migrate since in-process migration is deprecated in Sps 2013

1.Create inventory of all the customization[Web Config,Solutions,Workflow,Custom Code,Dlls, Custom Webparts] in environment SPs2010 and deploy on Sps2013

    2. Take the backup of content databases from Sps 2010 and restore Sps 2013

    3. Create new webapplication on Sps 2013 [Create as classic authentication if your 2010 web application is classic]

    4. test content database of Sps 2010 with new web app of Sps 2013 to find the server side dependencies

    5. install all missing server side dependencies on Sps 2013

6.Migrate your Sps2013 web application to claim based since classic authentication is deprecated in 2013 [other wise you will get errors in Health Analyser]

    6. migrate service applications as above

    7. Migrate Sps webapplicatio to Claim authentication

    8. Migrate user to Claim based authentication [http://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/sharepoint/Migrate-users-from-Classic-486d8805]
