How to test mobile application in Xamarin test cloud when the mobile app refers to a webserver installed in azure VM ? RRS feed

  • Question

  • We want to test our andriod and iOS mobile app in xamarin test cloud.

The app  refers to a web server which is hosted in azure .

We are connected the azure webserver through expressroute.

Now we want to test our mobile app in xamarin test cloud.

Since Xamarin test cloud is not connected to our azure  webserver through express route , we can not access the our mobile  app from xamarin test cloud.

We can not move our webserver  out side of azure.

So the only alternative remains for us is to connect the xamarin test cloud to azure by some way.

Please suggest a solution for this .

  • Hi Abhisek,

    How is the issue going?

Are you implementing web testing or automating UI Acceptance Testing of mobile applications?

If it's the second one, here is official doc which might be helpful:

    Hope it helps.

    Best regards,
