Lost access to organization account


  • Hello,

    This year our company included an Azure subscription into existing agreement. We have a lot of test azure accounts (Microsoft ID), created by various administrators/programmers etc. But we want to use so-called "Organization account", having centralized administration to all user account/subscriptions and so on.

    So, I'm trying to register using link , but is already in use. As i can remember, some years ago we registered this name, but there is no one remembering any of organization accounts used. 

    I'v tried to call support using phone number on pages and , but they sell only and have no tech support.

    So, the question is - how I can restore access to this organization account? What service is responsible for this? Do I need to create support request via Volume Licensing Service Center or there is another way?
