Problem on Exchange 2016 installation CU9 RRS feed

    i have problem when i want install Exchange 2016 CU9 on Windows Server 2016, During installation on Step

    after many search in google can't find solution for resolve my problem :-(
    1- my Server that I want install Exchange is not Domain Controller
    2- I have disabled windows firewall (all profile)

    please help me

    I have no any antivirus and firewall on my server, i don't know  how to config ETL traces ?
    i deploy exchange server several times but i have never faced this issue before !
