Integration of Softphone with CCF 2009 RRS feed

  • We are trying to integrate softphone with CCF 2009, while doing that we encountered some problems. When we try to call from softphone, the progress of the call is shown as "ringing" in the agentdesktop and moreover the answer option available in phone menu of agentdesktop is disabled. We have already changed the area code to "0" in phone and modem options of control panel. Can anyone help us plz..

  • Some queries:

    - Are you trying to integrate with the Softphone that comes with CCF2009? or some other telephony provider?
    - When you say call is shown as 'ringing', do you mean the Softphone or the AgentDesktop

    It appears that although the server is set up, but the call is not getting transferred properly. Can you tell me what deployment configuration you are using?

    -We are using the softphone provided by CCF 2009.
    -It says ringing in both agent desktop and softphone when customer Ann Marie Walsh tries to call Agent Jane(3331).

    We are working with VPC 2007 provided by Microsoft where client and server components are installed in the same  VPC

  • Make sure that in the Admin Console under settings, the phone number is linked to the machine name
