c++/cx xaml category RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi, does anyone know how to set the xaml category for a c++/cx property

    C# would put the Category meta tag above the property

    [Category("Kitty")]
    property bool Meow

    {

  • There is no such feature.

    The System.ComponentModel.CategoryAttribute is a .Net attribute available in Silverlight, but is not available for Windows Phone Runtime apps.

    C++/Cx projects do not use .Net and cannot use .Net attributes. C++/Cx projects can use only Windows Runtime attributes such as Windows.UI.Data.Xaml.BindableAttribute.

  • Ahh hokay, guess my properties will have to live in the Miscellaneous category.

    Thanks
