  • Hi All,

    Im attempting to use the HealthVaultProxy example from the following link: https://code.msdn.microsoft.com/healthvault/HealthVault-Your-Web-0f0d0142#content

    However after having successfully sent the request and obtained a code, whenever I attempt to access the PPE and use the code, I get the following error:

    The identity code is incorrect or has expired, or this data is not available because of an account location mismatch. Please try again or contact your provider for a new code.

    The application is set to allow for all locations and instances via the Application Configuration Center, so im not convinced its a location mismatch issue.

    I also experience this within my own implementation of the PatientConnect scenario.

    Any ideas what could be causing the above error?

    I have not reviewed that sample application yet. I will see if I can get a repro of the error you are seeing. I will get back to you shortly.
