    Hi MOHIIMRAN,

Creating a multiple-language website is obviously a possible thing. The only problem is that how much amount of work you want to do for this.

One common way is to set culture information and configure the values for different cultures (Using local resource files).

For this topic, you could search on Google with keywords "Create multiple language ASP.NET Website". One of useful results will be as below link which explains some concepts about Globalization, Localization and Cultures in the context and provides a demo for this:

How to Create Multiple Language Website in Asp.net C#

Since it is a really big topic when it comes to globalization and localization (I mean you might need more than two languages), you could refer to official documents => Globalizing and localizing .NET applications

Another workaround would be much simpler that you could directly translate the whole web page using APIs or widgets.

You might be interested of this. That way, you could refer to this => Make your website global with Microsoft Translator

    Best regards,

    Sean
